#5 [FE] - Create EditForm component #25

Description

Changes made:

Added EditForm component (separate from the CommentForm as this is specifically used for new comment / reply).
Function: Clicking Edit will trigger a state change, thus showing an Edit form instead of the display of comment content (static).
The Edit form is pre-filled with existing comment content.
The form is showing UPDATE button
Follow the design guideline as requested in #5

Testing Instructions

✅ EditForm component ✅ State management for EditForm ✅ As per design guideline: both mobile and desktop versions
