Merging the following main changes:

Implement backend database using MongoDB.
Setup backend models and schemas using Express under-the-hood of NextJS.
Create APIs to be able to do CRUD operation against the database.
Upgrade FE components to be able to use the API to fetch and push new data to API.
Enhancement: Make use of react-portal to work with Modal.
Enhancement: Add Custom500 error page.
