Taking feedback from Croatia and Toulon teams into account, I define this component.

If desired, I could move forward to port our ancient Falcons simplex implementation in here, add some tests, etc.

How hard can it be ;).

This should help with step 1 listed in issue #7. It enables a sharper discussion towards go/nogo.

Decline, it will come back later. There is a larger branch I'm working on. Interface has evolved slightly beyond this proposal, discussed it with Petar in a discord call.
