BUG: Mineiota withdraw stucked #109

It appears that Mineiota is blocked, there are 30 transactions in the distribution queue

Hi, it happening sometime every day. There is some kind of bug in iota libraries and hornet node. And all get stuck and i must restart node.

Thank you for messaging me, I just woke up, so I just fixed it ;)
