Iota not actually sent? #91

Around 2pm (Eastern) Nov 16th I clicked the withdraw button. It looked like it worked (Hashes went to zero, it said I was in queue...) but it never actually sent the iota.

I checked the tangle and there hasn't been a transaction on the address in several days.

Can you please check what happened to it?

Hi, hashes go zero only after transaction is confirmed. Now i see you have around 20Kiota unpaid. It is correct or you missing more? I need check logs, but I am not close to PC. Will be after 7 hours from now.

That's what normally happens, I agree.

No, the 20k iota isn't it. That's just a little bit of extra hashing i was doing while waiting/trying to find the missing payment

The amount was ~4.3 MIota to be paid.

Hi, I refund your missing hashes by value from log. I found your withdrawal request in log. You can withdraw it again.

There was some interesting behavior when one of iota node returned transaction is confirmed. It is look as one node from field.deviota.com was on wrong chaing. I need found solution how prevend this again. Thank you for your warning.
