Slicing is hidden in Preferences -> Misc -> Slicing

Maybe turn it into a node/operation or move the option to slice out of the preferences dialog and make it more visible/toggle-able/modifiable.

Maybe via a new tab "Planes" underneath the node graph where you can setup different planes to cut and slice your vectors on the right

We should be moving this into a more visible tab, most likely under vector settings. It's a bit too hidden for how useful it is.
