Is it possible to use XMeye cloud id, instead of IP to access the like XMeye app for android? #4

No, I don't think it's possible.

You can search the SDK and try to find out if it is possible to get the login function with cloud ID or not. If there is no information at all about it, it looks like you need to reverse engineer it.
