Impossible seed due to Master Diver's Challenge?

Hi there, I may be mistaken about this seed being impossible, but I hit a complete wall, even with the spoiler log.

It seems as though the randomizer wants me to go to do the Master Diver's Challenge with Dimitri, but I can't get him into Sunken City. The flute won't work anywhere in there, and when I use it in the one spot it does work(north of where King Moblin throws bombs at you), he appears to the opposite side of a group of holes in the ground.

It turns out you can call Dimitri! Simply go down 2 screens, where the Season transition happens, and call Dimitri on top of the ledge, or call him where I mentioned above on the lowest tile of squares

You should also be able to pick Dimitri up with the Power Bracelet, which can get him across the pit from the Natzu River side (and is indeed how you get Dimitri into Sunken City in vanilla if you get his flute)
