Add drop down to select State lock levels #3

As a Country Manager it would be nice to have the ability to have a drop down in LevelReset - USA so that I can choose what state I am in and the lock levels change to the preset that I have made for that state.

Just bumping this request to see if there is any possible progress on doing this with LevelReset - USA
