To reduce UI 'noise' we should be able to hide pilots with a completed training program.

Note that a pilot may participate in more than one program.

-> on Pilot, maintain a list of TrainingPrograms and dates.

Also: UI should be able to show both training in progress and completed training.

Menu: Logbook->Training *
