DNS migration from one.com (gratisdns) over to cloudflare.com #203

gratisdns is being migrated to one.com cloudflare provides more support for open source initiatives and is a more interesting dns hosting location than one.com

Awaiting that https://www.cloudflare.com/tld-policies/ the .Club domain becomes fully supported so a renewal and registrar information can be maintained directly from Cloudflare.

Alternatively if renewal is provided by Azure we could consider moving all in on Azure with DNS and mail services
