Handle .well-known/traffic-advice directly as 404 #257

The .well-known/traffic-advice endpoint is associated with the Apple App Site Association (AASA) file. This file is used to establish a relationship between your website and your iOS app, enabling features like Universal Links and Smart App Banners.

The call is getting filtered to HttpException with The controller for path '/.well-known/traffic-advice' was not found or does not implement IController.
