Convert the ARM firmware project for using Eclipse STM32 System Workbench

Will follow this guide to new firmware project file.

Transition to ST System Workbench IDE complete, see 479c6d1ffedddd2c5dc9bb30e05693294adecc99.

I was able to build project, but did not test on hardware. Please test the binary in firmware/bin or build your own and confirm that it is working.

To setup the new IDE, follow the updated instructions in README in the firmware folder.

flashed new firmware. but python script on raspberry doesn't receive any data.
