Update to latest nightly, remove dependency patch

This PR includes the following changes:

Remove the patch for warbler_grass, as the corresponding fix has been released
Update the Cargo lock file
Update to the latest nightly version
Remove invalid action inputs in release workflows (this was an oversight in my last PR)
Format Cargo.toml (this has been made by the VS Code extension I'm using, I can revert if desired)
