Describe the bug

models start
models stop
chat

To Reproduce run command:

.\cortex-cpp.exe models start llama3:tensorrt-llm-windows-ampere
Failed to read file: bad file: C:\XXX/models/llama3:tensorrt-llm-windows-ampere/model.yml

Expected behavior All commands should work

FYI @vansangpfiev moving tix into Completed in Kanban doesn't close the issue (annoyingly). You'll have to specifc in the PR itself: closes #... 🙏
