  1. Step 2 on the linux docker tab says "Before installing the Jan server, ensure that you have the following requirements:

    NVIDIA GPU with CUDA Toolkit 11.7 or higher NVIDIA driver 470.63.01 or higher NVIDIA Container Toolkit" This makes it sound as if an NVIDA GPU is a prerequisite. This is only a prereq for those that have and want to use CUDA acceleration, right?

  2. The API_BASE_URL description shows http://localhost:1377 is the default, while the docker compose file shows port 1337, not 1377. Typo?

  1. Yes, correct.
  2. Yes, this should be 1337, the docs have been updated. Thank you for spotting this!

We are also planning to revamp the whole server installation docs, please stay tuned.
