I can't send images with Phi-3.5-3.8B-vision-instruct Image is grayed out and I can't select it

I can't find this feature anywhere in the nightly build, is it available only on 0.52 release?

I looked at the status of other Vision models and added it to the information for Phi-3.5-Vision. That's probably why it was displayed. 2024-08-26_00h00_40
