Motivation

Make sure the Hub is using the latest and most accurate model provided by Microsoft to maintain optimal performance and compatibility.

Specs

Update the model to Microsoft Phi3's latest version.
Verify that the new model works seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
Update documentation to reflect the changes.
