Cookie Permissions not showing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.selecting the Cookie permission Drop Down
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when selecting the the Cookie Permissions drop down menu there no options 
visible .. all other drop downs contain the expected values .. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox V13.0.1 Firebug V1.9.2 Firecookie v1.4

Firecookie has been integrated with Firebug and so, I am moving the issue into 
Firebug's issue list.
