What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Procession and choose a card to play twice
2. After card has been trashed, player can select cards of any cost.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Player should be limited to selecting cards that cost exactly 1 coin more than
the card trashed.
Also, the in-game text reads "Select a card from the table that costs at most
(x)" -- should be "...costs exactly (x)"
