"Revealed" is ambiguous (Hunting Party, etc) #455

Hunting Party uses "revealed" to describe both the cards that are revealed from
your hand and also the cards that are revealed from your deck. So when I play
Hunting Party, I see something like this:

You: Playing Hunting Party
You: Card added to hand
You: Copper revealed
You: Hamlet revealed
You: Hamlet revealed
You: Copper revealed
You: Tunnel revealed
You: Copper revealed
You: Copper revealed
You: Silver revealed
You: Played Hunting Party

That seems descriptive enough at first. However, I've been playing Androminion
for a while now and I still didn't realize (when I looked at the log) what it
really means is this:

You: Playing Hunting Party
You: Card added to hand
You: Copper revealed *** from your hand ***
You: Hamlet revealed *** from your hand ***
You: Hamlet revealed *** from your hand ***
You: Copper revealed *** from your hand ***
You: Tunnel revealed *** from your hand ***

You: Copper revealed *** from your deck ***
You: Copper revealed *** from your deck ***
You: Silver revealed *** from your deck ***
You: Played Hunting Party

This leads to situations like issue 447 where a card (Tunnel) is working
correctly but the logs make it seem broken. Adding a short message after
"revealed", something like "(deck)" or "(hand)", would make things more clear.
