Madman should not offer a choice of returning it to the pile #480

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a Madman.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: +2 actions, Madman is returned to the pile, draw 1 card for each card 
in hand.
Result: +2 actions, user offered the option to return Madman to the pile.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.1 DA branch, Android 4.0, Galaxy S3.

Please provide any additional information below.
Note that the wording on the card, "if you do", does not imply that the user 
has a choice. If the user has a choice, it would say "You may return this to 
the pile". The "If you do" is only present to deal with cases where someone 
plays Throne Room/King's Court/Procession/etc on the Madman -- in these cases 
you would get the +2 actions multiple times, but not the +cards, since you were 
only able to return Madman to the pile once.

The DA branch merged back into the main branch, so the branch is obsolete now.  
This has been fixed in the main branch.
