Wandering Minstrel should offer choice of ordering multiple Action cards

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a Wandering Minstrel in a deck that is mostly actions.
2. Have it draw 2 or more actions in the 3 cards it reveals.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: There should be a display that allows the user to return the cards to 
the deck in his choice of order, similar to 
Apothecary/Scout/Navigator/Cartographer/etc.
Result: no display is opened and the cards are returned in their original order 
(I think).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.1 DA branch, Android 4.0, Galaxy S3.

This is often important; consider the following scenario:

My hand is 2 Wandering Minstrels and 3 Estates. I play Wandering Minstrel, 
drawing Copper. I reveal Merchant Ship, Torturer, Torturer, discarding none. If 
I can't reorder them, then my second WM draws Merchant Ship, which I play for 
$2 and now have no other actions (and my next turn may have two Torturers and 
no +actions). If I can reorder them, I order Torturer first, draw it with WM, 
play Torturer, play second Torturer, and now have Merchant ship and four other 
cards in hand -- a significantly better result.
