UI sometimes uses "Player 2", sometimes uses "Mary"

In the game log, I see the player's name for some actions and "Player [x]" for 
others.  I feel like the log should always show the player name.

One example is Saboteur.

You: Playing Saboteur
You: Attacking (Mary)
Mary: Deck replenished
Player 3: Silver trashed
Player 3: Copper gained
You: Played Saboteur

I'll try to keep track of other cards with this issue as I see them.

I don't think this is completely fixed.  I just downloaded and installed r736.  
I played a game against Drew and anytime he gained a card it said Player 1 
instead of Drew.

Drew: Turn begin: Turn 6
Drew: Playing Copper
Drew: Playing Copper
Drew: Playing Silver
Drew: Playing Copper
Drew: 1/1/(5)
Player 1: Mountebank gained
Drew: Deck replenished
Drew: New hand
Drew: Turn end
