DA - Rebuild - Prompt #506

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Estate and Duchy Pile Empty
2. No Kingdom Victory Cards
3. Play a Rebuild and it hits an Estate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - Since there was no victory card available for (5) coins or less I 
expected it to just let me play my next action card (similar to playing an 
Upgrade on a Copper.

Actually Seen - Rebuild said to choose a card costing 5 or less.  Then it 
wouldn't let me pick anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.01 on a Motorola Photon - Android OS I believe
