Band of Misfits not available #513

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using "Dominion Card Selector" app, randomize until "Band of Misfits" is 
present. (Easiest to generate using only Dark Ages set in Settings)
2. Launch Androminion from the Selector app.
3. Start the game using the Specified Cards.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting Band of Misfits to be present in Kingdom cards.
Instead, Band of Misfits is not present, and in the game load dialog: "The 
following cards are not available, so replacements have been used: 
BandofMisfits"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v4.01
Android 4.0.3
HTC One S

I just tested this with the Dominion Shuffle app, as well. 
I get a force close on Androminion after clicking the Start Game button (using 
latest unstable from last night).

I've seen the force close issue before, but haven't been able to pin it down.
I think it occurs when there's too many card types available.
ie. when Knights, shelters, hermit/madman, urchin/mercenary, spoils, ruins are 
all in play.

It might be. I don't think it is, but I can't say definitively.
If you encounter the force close again, check what cards are in your pool.
It'd be useful to get additional information regarding it, since it's 
relatively rare, and I don't think there's an issue created for that yet.

I just tried again, this time explicitly picking the Dark Ages cards including 
Band of Misfits. I received the same error as the OP (again, using Dominion 
Shuffle).

If I can reproduce the FC, I will report it.

When I try to force Band Of Misfits via Dominion Shuffle, it just substitutes 
that card with a random one of something else.
v4.01; Android 2.3.6; Samsung Galaxy s2
