Beggar Reaction - Missing Silver

I used Beggar once to react to a Mountebank and at the end of the game I had 
only one Silver.  The reaction is supposed to give two silvers with one on top 
of the deck.  The log for that turn says I gained Silver twice. No trasher 
cards were purchased during the game.  So I'm sure the missing Silver isn't in 
the trash.

Oddly at the end of the game there were 34 Silvers in the Supply and my 
opponent had four Silvers.  With my one Silver that sums to 39, so it seems the 
silver was removed from the supply but didn't end up in my deck.  Or at least 
the end game screen wasn't counting my cards correctly.

Played another game and got the situation again.  There are 38 silvers in the 
supply and 40 cards in my deck.  AI plays Cutpurse, I reveal a Beggar.  Silver 
pile is now 36 but my deck size is only 41.  So it is taking the two silvers, 
but not giving them both to me.  It is top decking the one silver, but the 
other silver disappears.  Again log says I gained a silver twice, but end game 
screen shows a Silver is missing.
