AI "Junk Dealer"'d himself to death.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a game with the Junk Dealer card (might be possible with other cards 
that trash.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect AI's to intelligently consider whether or not to play an action that 
trashes cards.
Instead I ended a game where an AI player had 0VP and only one card (Junk 
Dealer) in his deck.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 4.01 on android 4.2.1
