Procession + Lighthouse #526

I think that it is not implemented as described (in latest market release 4.01 
Lighthouse does protect even if played with procession). Might be a good idea 
to check the wiki FAQ cases in general.

A Goons played with Procession shall not give VP tokens as  it is not in play. 
From teh above wiki article "I should probably also mention the cards that rely 
on actions being in play, such as GoonsGoons.jpg, HighwaysHighway.jpg, and 
PeddlersPeddler.jpg. These cards all work well (indirectly) with Throne Rooms 
but have obvious problems with Procession.". 

However in 4.0.1 such a Goons does give VP token.

In general all cards played with Procession are not in play anymore!
