Multiple problems with Knights #530

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When an AI player plays a Knight and it trashes another Knight, the played 
Knight does not get trashed despite showing in the trash pile.
2. When the AI player buys a Knight, it sometimes buys a Knight that is not on 
top of the Knight pile.
3. Dame Josephine is the worst offender of the above, though other knights 
might have the same problem. She is the most noticeable of the group.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When a Knight trashes another Knight, the played Knight must be trashed.
When a Knight is bought, only the top Knight showing of the pile is allowed to 
be bought.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 4.01

I have seen some AI to have knights when knight pile had 10 cards.

Another strange thing: why does this knight have cost 4?

Notice also that there is a knight in my hand, one in Sarah's hand and 9 in the 
pile.

Log also reveals that Sarah gained it with an Armory.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 4.01 from google play

I couldn't reproduce having more than 10 knights in hands and pile. If it's 
still happening in the latest build, can you please attach a log file?
