Swindler partially broken #535

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Empty a supply pile (I.e. Estates)
2.Play a swindler
3.Trash top card of value 2
4.None left to replace...game is stuck.

I can't reproduce this in the latest build. Are you using the market version, 
or the latest build from here?
