Cannot trash Spoils

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trash a Spoils
2. The Spoils card does not go to the trash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The trashed Spoils should be listed in the trash and count for Forager.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Samsung GT2 10'1

Please provide any additional information below.

Trashers tried : Forager, Steward
Spoils-gainers tried : Marauder, Bandit Camp

This is a duplicate of bug 425, which is marked fixed, but isn't actually 
fixed, as I'm able to reproduce with the latest unstable build, downloaded 
about 5 minutes ago.

I'm pretty sure this was working correctly for a while, but it's definitely 
broken now.
