Trader when Highway #559

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use Highway, which lower all (buying) costs by one
2. use trader to trash a card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I'd expect to gain as many Silver as Actual cost
- I gain as many as the Buying cost, so that's one less

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.0.1 on Android

There is nothing wrong here. Highway reduces cost of the cards while it is in 
play - not only during buying phase. It thus affects all trash-for-benefit 
cards including Trader.
