A.I. Chuck trashes provinces needlessly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ai Chuck has hand with trading post, gold, silver, silver, province.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to not play the trading post, and buy with 7.
Instead, Chuck plays trading post and trashes a silver and the province, 
gaining a silver in hand.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
