Jester gives out Ruins with different names #567

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Jester
2. Opponent reveals Abandoned Mine
3. Choose to give opponent a copy
4. Opponent receives top card of Ruins deck (e.g. Abandoned Market).

Jester should have logic similar to Ambassador, only giving a duplicate if the 
top card of the Ruins deck has the same name.

(Knights appear to work correctly.)
