Trying to buy Grand Market with Copper in play ends the turn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play some Copper
2. Try to buy a Grand Market

The easiest solution is probably to prevent Grand Market from being selected to 
buy if Copper is in play.  

However, this can lead to a usability issue if we have a player who doesn't 
understand why they can't buy Grand Market (see issue 554 for an example).  So, 
an alternative would be to pop up a message like "You can't buy Grand Market if 
you have any Copper in play" when the user hits the Buy button.

Personally, I favor the first option, but I think there's a good argument 
either way.

NB : Currently, if you trash your Coppers in play via Mint (not tested) or 
Counterfeit, you still cannot buy Grand Market.

Grand Market + Mint was reported and fixed (issue 307).  Grand Market + 
Counterfeit was also reported (issue 512) but had already been fixed. If you 
want the latest dev build with all the current bug fixes, you can get it here:
