Doctor overpay #599

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy doctor, overpay much
2. Put back at least 2 cards (e.g. 2 golds)
3. Your next hand will not contain 2 golds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Multiplayer branch

I'm not sure this is a bug.  I was confused by this behavior at first, too, but 
I think this is expected.  See 
http://wiki.dominionstrategy.com/index.php/Doctor - "You will look at the same 
card again if you put it back on top."  It's not that you put back a gold, then 
saw a different gold and also put it on top - you are drawing the same gold 
card that you just put on top of your deck.

If I'm misunderstanding what you're reporting and this really is a bug, please 
re-open it.
