Knights count pile still at 10 even though 2 comps have knights

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play game with Knights, Saboteur, and Embargo
2. Have AI hit another AI with Saboteur.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One AI has Sir Martin, the other Dame Natalie, but the count's still at 10 
Knights.  Also, the Embargo token that was on the knight pile disappeared at 
some point.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v4.01.  Samsung Galaxy s4 (tmobile) on Android 4.2.2
