It allows the playback of URLs, files and can grab URLs from shell scripts. XMLTV EPG data can be downloaded from URLs or grabbed from shell scripts.

Improve epg loading for daemon usage #71

Much code from the epg initialisation and loading procedures is still from the 0.5 beta version with the intend for standalone usage.

improve startup time of the daemon and also to ensure it is constantly and properly
daemon needs to be prevented from updating epg every time it starts up
epg source data should only be downloaded from each source once

This is a major overhaul of the epg loading source code and procedures.
