When running behind an NTLM based proxy using an autoconfiguration (PAC) 
script, unable to retrieve quote data

There is two parts to this:
  1. getting the proxy data via PAC
  2. using the proxy value when making outgoing call

#2 is easy. #1 is much harder. 

  Let me look into it.
