Yahoo Quote source doesn't retrieve some quotes which used to work on an earlier version

For the Yahoo quote source this symbol:

CADUSD=X

works on the hleOfxQuotes-Build_20110515_001 build but does not on the 
hleOfxQuotes-Build_20111221_78-app build

Build_20110515_001 was the last one to show Exchange Rates quotes on the Prices 
tab; Build_20110626_001 and later have new tab for Exchange Rates; CADUSD=X 
quote is retrieved and shows up under the Exchange Rates tab in 
Build_20111221_78

I made the new tab for exchange rate so that we can use "sunriise" to update an 
`*`.mny file using just the exchange rates.

If there is a use-case where it is useful to have the CADUSD=X also to show up 
in the "Prices" tab, let me know.

Thanks for looking at it. No big issue. When I logged the issue I didnt notice 
the new tab. I currently have the exchange rate sysmbol in a watchlist and I 
will check if it can be updated using the new tab.

I've tried the tab and plug in and it is a great way to update the exchange 
rate in the mny file, however if I am monitoring one or more currencies in a 
watch list, i'm not finding an obvious method to have them updated unless the 
quote also appears in the prices tab.

Leaving the fx quotes in the price tab is fairly straight-forward, I've made 
that change in my working copy. I will make a test copy available for you to 
try soon.

Test copy that keep the fx pseudo-symbols in the "Price" tab:

I've tried it out and it works well and certainly resolves the issue I raised.
