Seems to think stock quotes are from 1999

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import to MSMoney
2. or Import quotes.ofx
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected stock price updates instead it shows 1999-11-30 at the top when 
importing in the review investment holdings screen.  Shows correct price & date 
in java program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

MS Money 2005, Windows 7 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.

My date format is YYYY-MM-DD, maybe it has to be something else?

Same here.  My date format is DD-MM-YYYY Win 8-32

It seemed to work after I set INVTRANSLIST on as well as incrementally 
increased share count but I didn't like how that worked so I installed MS Money 
Sunset Plus Deluxe and it works with the standard settings.

Same here.  Dummy (in Money) has last download 30/11/1999
