What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. started cefclient with chrome --enable-usermedia-screen-capturing option
2. went to https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/Pluginfree-Screen-Sharing/
3. Pressed share screen button but sharing did not occur

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1547.1412

1+. This is in Chrome. Shouldn't it also be in CEF?

The link in the original post has been updated to make use of an extension. As 
of today, this page works in Chrome 40.0.221 when launched with the 
--enable-usermedia-screen-capturing flag, but does not work when launched in 
CEF https://html5-demos.appspot.com/static/getusermedia/screenshare.html
