log4j2: Fix extra/missing files in the "pristine sources" commit #1

I think I've got some extra files in my "pristine upstream extract" commit. There's some .idea in there at least.

Make sure that all the *.log files that should be there are there, in both versions.

Split the tarball capture and pristine source tree extract for 1.2.15 into separate commits.

Blocks janklab/slf4m-jankalog#4.

I think I got this done correctly now. It's on a WIP branch, so not closing this bug out just yet.
