We could probably simplify the matrix as they are a lot of ruby and rails versions that are not supported anymore, happy to do it if you give me the go :)

Looks good, thanks for the update 👍🏻 The master branch is already intended for version 1.0, but I'll release 0.18.1 with this change, as 1.0 might still take a week or two.

Regarding simplifying the matrix, my policy is to keep supporting older Ruby/Rails versions, even after they become EOL, until they prove to be too much of maintenance burden. EDIT: So far they've been fine 🙂
