If some settings were changed in the iDocIt! Preference Pages in Eclipse, these 
changes must have an impact to all currently opened iDocIt! editors.

An event based system should be implemented to notify all relevant components 
that a configuration has changed.

The PersistenceService should provide a method to register listeners. These 
listeners are notified if a configuration (thematic grids, thematic roles or 
addressees) was changed.
