Extract Thematic Grid Recommendation into an own view

Currently iDocIt! could only be used by opening the editor GUI. But many 
developers prefer editing the API-documentation directly in their code editor.

This issue is about extracting the thematic grid recommendation composite into 
an own view which could be used next to the code editor. It should be 
independent of a specific programming language. This view should also include a 
text field, where the user can enter the operation's identifier and a button, 
which shows the recommended thematic grids.
