Support error case specifcation #117

As an author I could specify error cases of an operation. iDocIt! asks me for 
every documented thematic role: what happens, if this role is not available? It 
shows me in the tree view of the interface artifact, if an error case is not 
documented.

Two open points remain:
 1) If I open a documented (also containing the new error-flag) Java-interface with the graphical editor, the check box in the editor is not checked. This works for WSDL.

2) The same thing does not work for the "Recommendations View".
