Add identifier "_"-support #119

As an author I could view recommended roles for identifiers using "_" in their 
names, e.g. "find_customer_by_id". Yet iDocIt! supports only camel case 
identifiers, e.g. "findCustomerById". Since I would like to use iDocIt! with 
Python and camel case is uncommon in Python sources, I need this feature.

This works already with the current version of iDocit!. This issue could be 
closed.
