Overview of all registered parser #15

Add an overview of all current registered parser extensions (with file 
extension an supported programming language) to the Eclipse preference pages. 
So that the user can see what iDocIt! is supporting at the moment.

This overview is already provided by the plugin-overview of the Eclipse IDE. 
You can see all loaded plugins there. Since each parser-extension is 
implemented as plugin, all supported programming languages are listed here.
